“Ek het gedurende die begin van 1984 ‘n boorgat op my erf laat sink. Die boorgat is 35meter diep en die water staan 11 meter van boaf. Ek het sterk water gekry en maak van ‘n dompelpomp gebruik.
Vanaf ongeveer die 20ste Julie 2014 het ek probleme met die pomp van water begin kry deurdat die pomp nie water kom uitpomp nie. Daarna het ek verskeie boorkontrakteurs gekontak om te kom vasstel hoekom geen water uitgepomp kon word nie. Van die kontrakteurs het my woonadres besoek maar kon nie vasstel wat die oorsaak is nie. Ek het ook my versekering gekontak wie ‘n boorkontrakteur na my woning gestuur het. Volgens hom sou die boorgat van boaf ingeval het. Hy was nie bereid om die boorgat oop te maak nie. Ander kontrakteurs was ook gekontak maar niemand kon my hel om die boorgat weer oop te maak nie. Op 4 Augustus 2014 die oggend om 8vm het ek verneem van Topline Borehole & Irrigation in BENONI, wie my moontlik sal kan help en die besigheid on middellik geskakel. Die eienaar, Meneer ALLANA, het bevestig dat hy dit kan doen en nog dieselfde oggend vier van sy werkers na my woonadres gestuur. Hulle het onmiddellik met die boorgat begin en nadat hulle vasgestel wat gebeur het, het hulle die dompelpomp met ‘n plastiese water pyp, tou waarmee die dompelpomp afgesak is en elektriesekabel probeer uit te trek maar kon nie. Daarna het hulle van ‘n waterlugdrukmasjien gebruik gemaak om zodoende die grond wat in die gat bo-op die pomp geval het uit te blaas. Die Vrydag daarna kon hulle die Dompelpomp en ander toebehore uit die boorgat haal. Hul telno is (011) 854 5500.
Dit is toe vasgestel dat daar omtrent geen “Casing” in die boorgat is nie waarna ‘n nuwe staal casing, elektriese bedrading, trou en dompelpomp geinstalleer is. Dit het van die volgende Maandag tot Vrydag gebeur. Nadat dit gedoen is het die boorgat weer begin om water te pomp.
Ek kan meld dat die dienste wat Topline Borehole gelewer het uiters professioneel is.Hulle het hard gewerk en toegesien dat die werk behoorlik gedoen word. As daar ‘n probleem is het die werkers dit onder hulle self uitgeklaar en reggestel. Hulle was elke dag lojaal, vriendelik en hulpvaardig. Dit was ‘n plessier om van hul dienste gebruik te maak.
Asgevolg van die ondervinding wat die eienaar en sy werkers gestel het kan ek hulle met vrymoedigheid aanbeveel en dat hulle uitersbekwaam is. Ek sal ook in die toekoms die vrymoedigheid om weer van hulle dienste gebruik te maak”

Thank you very much to you and your team for sorting out the borehole issues on my farm. When I bought the land there were two boreholes that were “supposed to be good”, but both were dry. You found the right spot to drill and I’ve been able to start farming operations again with great success.
